The consortium is led by an asset owner Northumbrian Water Limited, with geospatial expertise from Ordnance Survey, end users RSK, a data processing expert Rahko and the University of Birmingham, who is at the centre of developing QT sensors for civil engineering applications.

NWL is a UK regulated water utility, with extensive experience of owning and operating buried infrastructure and is recognised as an industry leader for innovation.
